Acquisition of Transport Tickets

You can purchase your transportation ticket in one of the 11 ticket offices in Fertagus stations, in automatic vending machines, in ATM (only available for reloads of regular titles) or online via Portal Viva -

Stations
All stations served by Fertagus have lifts or ramps for people with disabilities.
The implementation of this action aims to achieve one of the guiding principles of Fertagus while a company directed to all segments of customers including those who suffer from visual impairment. They are available at the stations of Pragal, Corroios, Foros de Amora, Fogueteiro and Coina.
The Fertagus stations that have access doors for validation of tickets are adapted for people with reduced mobility (wheelchairs, push chairs, etc.).

All stations served by Fertagus (except Rome-Areeiro) have bicycle parking available near their main entrances.
At Fertagus stations of Pragal and Coina you can now connect to the internet while you´re waiting for the train, through the service zon_fon.
Trains
Fertagus trains are equipped with audible and visual information for passengers, including information of the next stops and the network of transportation at in each station.
All the carriages of Fertagus train have seats reserved for priority customers, these places are identified with appropriate signage and are differentiated with red eat. Also inside the train there are specific places for wheelchairs, these places are available in the first and last carriage of the train where the entrance step is lowered, and these places can be used for baby cars, bikes or luggage, in this order of priority.
Bicycles can travel on the train at any time, except in situations where there is a large crowd of passengers, the maximum number of bikes per train being 4.
Assistance dogs (companions of customers with reduced mobility) can travel free of charge and must carry a badge issued by a national or international assistance dog training establishment. Consult the other conditions for the transport of pets.
Parking facilities
All parking facilities provide places for people with reduced mobility and for the priority customers to enjoy those places the vehicle, must display the appropriate badge clearly.
